- Is refurbished as good as new?
- Every device has to pass the functional checks for its grade before it can be listed, and how it looks is spelled out grade by grade. If it does not match its grade when it arrives, we fund the return.
- How long is the warranty?
- Between 3 and 12 months, shown on each product page and printed on your order. Claims come to us, not to the seller.
- Can I send it back?
- Yes. You have 7 days from delivery to log a return from your order, for any reason. Your payment is held until that window closes.
- How does delivery work?
- Orders go by tracked courier anywhere in South Africa. Delivery is R 99, and free on orders over R 5 000.
- Can I pay in instalments?
- Yes. PayJustNow and Happy Pay split eligible orders into interest-free instalments at checkout.
